These sessions are designed for people who want real results, but also want to feel supported, guided, and confident—not lost in a big class.
With class numbers capped, the coach can actually see you, correct your technique, and help you move well. Every workout is led, explained clearly, and scaled to your level.
*Conditioning biased, Partner Workouts and Bank Holidays are increased from 12 to 16
Each session follows a simple, effective structure:
Warm-up – prepares your joints and muscles properly
Skill & strength work – learn movements safely and build strength at your pace
Conditioning – short, varied workouts that improve fitness without endless cardio
Coaching throughout – cues, corrections, and encouragement the whole time
You’re never expected to already “know” the movements. Everything is taught.
You do not need to be fit to start. You've heard it before, but everyone starts somewhere. You come to the gym to become fitter and stronger, not showcase it.
Every exercise can be made easier or harder, adjusted for injuries or limitations, and progressed as you get stronger. Beginners train alongside more experienced members, but everyone is doing the version that suits them.
